DUTIES: Assist the Pre-Law Advisor with developing and conducting a qualitative research study amongst all 200+ law schools regarding the role that diversity plays in their admissions practices; communicate with various law school officials about the types of retention programming and scholarship offerings that each school has directed specifically towards minority students; conduct follow-up communications with unresponsive schools through telephone, email, and regular mail; develop report summarizing survey findings, and develop a centralized database to store diversity information obtained.

SKILLS NEEDED: Excellent written and oral communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; organizational ability; attention to detail; ability to work creatively and professionally; interests in higher education administration, inclusivity programming, qualitative research, law, or student affairs is a plus.
