Miguel Vilar has graduated from Binghamton University Anthropology department and is currently Post-Doctoral Fellow at UPenn working in the Molecular Anthropology lab. He is funded through the Penn Port program that hires recent Post-Docs in the sciences to work in the lab of their choice, while asking them to teach two courses over the course of three years at small, nearby "partner institutions" (Lincoln University, Delaware County Community College or Rutgers Camden). These three schools traditionally serve under-represented minority college students.
