The Future of the School of Management

The School of Management is among the top public business programs in the nation. This achievement is a result of our outstanding faculty, innovative programs and excellent students.

Our world-class faculty inspire students, create cutting-edge knowledge and directly impact the business world through executive education programs for managers at notable companies including BAE Systems, Corning, IBM, Lockheed Martin and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Our state-of-the-art programs emphasize skills such as communications, creative analytic solutions and leadership in a team-based learning environment. The curriculum is imbued with an entrepreneurial spirit and experiential learning opportunities. The school further develops these skills by encouraging student participation in local and national competitions that demand they think creatively and use their knowledge to generate unique and powerful solutions.

The School of Management’s success allows us to be highly selective, with more than 5,000 applications for 300 slots. We teach our students how to combine their talents with their passions, creating a connection that releases their full potential. Our integrated curriculum challenges our outstanding students to develop the knowledge needed to become future leaders in business, making our graduates some of the most sought after in the nation.

Our successful alumni and business partners are our most valuable assets. They engage our students in the classroom, mentoring them in the ways of the business world, and support the school financially. With their generous support, the School of Management will continue to evolve our programs and attract the very best student body and faculty.
