Francis Yammarino
FRANCIS YAMMARINO'S WORK ON working with the military for more than 20 years, he’s helped the navy spread leadership throughout the organization, building redundancies while giving tools to higher-ups to quickly identify individuals with specific skills needed for a team to complete a mission. Now Yammarino wants to put together even better teams by training people to be more active and effective participants while working in groups.
