JANUARY 1-FEBRUARY 28Send Clark Fellowship nominations by e-mail to Catherine Smith. See the Clark Fellowship page for more information. |
APRIL 15All GA and TA offers should be made and accepted by students. |
APRIL 1-JUNE 17Complete all GA and TA appointments. Post all tuition allocations, student B-Numbers and appointments to the "GATA Data Elements needed for Graduate Office" area of the smart form and the comments area of Grad Link. Research Foundation Appointments Requesting Tuition: All tuition allocations for current grants must be posted to Grad Link by June 17. Tuition allocation dollar amounts that have been "set aside" for anticipated grants for the upcoming academic year should be reported by then as well. |
JULYReview your allocations for stipend and tuition in the Grad Link reporting area. The Graduate School will compare actual allocations disbursed to departments with department stipend and tuition allocations posted to Oracle and Grad Link. Any balance will be redistributed by The Graduate School in July. |
AUGUSTComplete Labor Distribution in Oracle for all GA and TA funded students by the first day of classes. First Year Students: In order to apply for residency this time next year and receive tuition at the in-state rate, domestic students who are not NYS residents should apply for several of the following items before the first day of classes:

Second Year Students: Domestic students who seek residency for tuition purposes should go to the Student Accounts office to apply for residency with Brent Ochiai before classes begin. The residency application can be found on the residency section of the Student Accounts website. Funded Full-Time Certification: Funded Full-Time Certification forms for those students who are ABD and will register for 1 credit are due by August 15. |
