Graduate Application for Degree for Fall 2009 Degree Completion
The Fall 2009 semester Graduate Application for Degree form (formerly the Declaration of Candidacy survey) is now available. Graduate students should complete this application if all degree requirements will be met before the end of the Fall 2009 semester and are expecting to receive a graduate degree. This application is valid for one semester only. If you do not graduate, another application for degree should be completed the following semester or semester in which the degree is to be awarded. Graduate students should familiarize themselves with the policies and deadlines for degree completion. Filing for graduation does not guarantee that the student will meet all necessary requirements in which to graduate.
Please note: Due to the delay in having the Graduate Application for Degree available, the deadline to file has been extended to Friday, September 25, 2009.
