The Graduate Tuition Opportunity Program (GTOP) is available to U.S. citizens only and it pays tuition for qualified minority students enrolled in a graduate degree program. Former Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), SEEK (Search for Education, Elevation and Knowledge) or HEOP (Higher Education Opportunity Program) students may qualify for tuition scholarships through this program.
