a. Upload all required admission materials
b. Pay your $75 (U.S.), non-refundable degree application fee when you submit your online application
2. Mail credentials. Send the following as a hard copy to:

b. Photocopy of teaching certificate/license
c. Current résumé

e. Please include your date of birth and the e-mail address you used to register for the online application
