The LSAT or Law School Admission Test is a half-day standardized test that is administered four times each year throughout the world. The test consists of five 35-minute sections of multiple choice questions: one reading comprehension section, one analytical reasoning section, two logical reasoning sections, and one experimental section, which does not form part of your final score. A 35-minute writing sample is administered at the end of the test; this section is not scored but copies are sent to law schools to which a candidate applies. Most law schools in the United States require applicants to take the LSAT.
