Student Health Advisory Committee
The Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) is a group of students and representatives of select student services offices who provide assistance to the University’s vice president for Student Affairs. Issues appropriate for the committee’s study include types of services, accessibility, educational needs and programs, quality assurance and campus outreach efforts. The diverse perspective and meaningful dialogue brought about by the SHAC enhances health and wellness programs available to Binghamton students. Students interested in joining should contact Health and Counseling Services Director Johann Fiore-Conte at 777-2221; she chairs this committee.
