OUR SERVICES

The Decker Student Health Services Center is a primary care facility for all registered students at Binghamton University. We deliver the same type of care you would expect to get from your primary care physician back home. The mandatory student health fee you pay entitles you to visit the center at no charge, so please don’t hesitate to come to us if you need health care. Some services have costs; please see Free or Fee or ask us for more information.

Services available include:

Resting Area/Telephone Follow-Up Service

During regular hours, the Decker Student Health Services Center has an area where sick students may rest. We use a telephone follow-up service when appropriate to check on students who are ill and have returned to their residence hall or apartment.

Physical Examination for School/Work/Travel

Physical exams for undergraduate or graduate school, summer employment, fellowships, travel abroad, etc., aren’t offered at the Decker Student Health Services Center, but we can provide you with a list of local physicians who perform this service. You’ll be responsible for all charges incurred.
