*About Harpur’s Ferry
Harpur’s Ferry is a student-run ambulance service staffed by state-certified emergency medical technicians, advanced EMTs and personnel certified in advanced first aid. It’s available 24 hours a day, seven days a week during the semester to any student on or off campus. In an emergency, dial 911 from a campus land telephone or 777-3333 from off campus or from a cell phone. When Harpur’s Ferry isn’t in service, or if the patient’s condition warrants additional support, a private ambulance service may respond; the student is responsible for the cost. The Harpur’s Ferry service is free.
