Payroll

Our Payroll staff is dedicated to providing quality customer service for all payroll functions. These services include issuing accurate and timely paychecks, processing leave accruals and time records, tax withholding and direct deposit, university training related to payroll and accruals, maintaining payroll records and issuing all University photo ID cards for University faculty and staff. We also ensure that all services are in compliance with Federal, State and Civil Service Regulations, Bargaining Unit Agreements, SUNY Policies of the Board of Trustees, and Binghamton University Policies.

Payroll Distribution Center

The Payroll Distribution Center, located in the University Union West, Room B-15, distributes payroll checks for both University and Research Foundation Employees.   BU faculty and staff may pick up photo ID's at this location as well.

The Payroll Distribution Center is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM throughout the academic year. Summer 2009 hours are 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, beginning Monday, June 22nd and ending Friday, August 14th.
