State University of New York - Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the State University of New York. It consists of 17 members, 15 of whom are appointed by the Governor, by and with consent of the New York State Senate.  In addition, the president of the Student Assembly serves as student trustee and the president of the University Faculty Senate serves as an ex-officio trustee. Governor's Office of Employee Relations

As the Governor's representative in employee relations matters, the Governor's Office of Employee Relations:

Office of the State Comptroller

The State Comptroller is New York State's chief fiscal officer. The Comptroller is charged with auditing government operations and operating the Statewide Retirement Systems.

Department of Civil Service

The New York State Department of Civil Service is the central personnel agency for New York State and local governments.

New York State Commission on Public Integrity

The New York State Commission on Public Integrity, established by the Public Employee Ethics Reform Act of 2007, is charged with administering and enforcing the State's ethics and lobbying laws as well as the State's anti-nepotism law and laws pertaining to certain political activities and improper influence.
