CONFERENCE FEES

Early Bird Registration Closes on September 4, 2012.  

Registration Fees increase by $50 after September 4, 2012.

Registration closes October 3, 2012.

TO REGISTER

• SAVE $50 - Early-Bird Registration deadline: Monday, September 4, 2012.
• All registrations after September 4, 2012 will be charged regular fee.
• Register early to ensure a seat. You may register by the following methods:  

ONLINE (preferred method) - Click here to use our online registration form. (Online registrations will close at 5pm Wednesday, October 3 ,2012)

EMAIL, FAX or MAIL - Please use the paper registration form and return by email, fax or mail. You cannot register by phone as we need a paper copy of the registration for audit purposes.

WALK-IN - There is NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

HOW TO MAKE A PAYMENT

Payment must be made before the start of the program. All payments including credit cards will be processed by Wednesday, October 3, 2012. Any cancellations or nonattendance after this date will not receive a refund.

CHECK:  Please make checks payable to: Research Foundation Award # 54401

PURCHASE ORDER:  Purchase Orders must state course name and registrant's name and provide complete billing information including contact name and phone number.

CREDIT CARD:  The University can only accept VISA or MasterCard. We will call you by phone after the form is received to obtain your credit card information for a secure transaction. DO NOT SUBMIT credit card information by email or fax as this is not secure.   Your purchase will appear on your credit card statement with the following notation: RESEARCH FOUND OF SUNY BINGHAMTON.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION

We will send confirmation and course information to registrants by e-mail, so please include your e-mail address on your registration form.

• Brief confirmations will be sent out within two business days of receipt of your registration.
• More detailed information will be sent a week before the symposium.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be received in writing (email, fax or letter only – no telephone calls) to the Office of Industrial Outreach by 5pm Wednesday, October 3, 2012 to receive a refund less a $20 administrative fee.  No refunds for cancellations or non-attendance will be given after this date.
