Tutoring Services

Tutors are students who are very successful and are available to other students to help them understand the material in a course, prepare for tests and final exams, and help with study skills.

To check on the availability of tutors you can contact the Center for Learning and Teaching:

http://www2.binghamton.edu/clt/tutoring.html

Throughout the semester Walk-In Tutoring Sessions are available for certain subjects. To view the schedule for Walk-In Tutoring Sessions go to this link:

Note Walk-In Tutoring ends on Thursday, December 9, 2010.

To prepare for final exams you will also want to ask your professors or teaching assistants about exam review sessions.

Tutoring happens in group sessions, or in one-to-one meetings with a student usually in one of the Discovery Centers on campus.
