INTERNATIONAL STUDENT HANDBOOK                          

The International Student Handbook is designed to assist new international students, current international students and University staff.

New students will find the handbook especially helpful as they prepare to leave their home country and when they begin their studies here at Binghamton University. Currently the links to the Campus Map and Advice For New Students are available.

Please check back after January 25th to view the updated information at any of the other links on the left side of the page.

A hard copy version of this Handbook is distributed at International Student Orientation. The advantage of this on-line Handbook is that it contains the most up-to-date information available.

New students will also want to review the information at the following link:

Current students will find the information on Health Insurance, Immigration, and Taxes particularly useful as the materials are more current than the text in the Handbook at the time of their admission.
