To be able to register for courses:
- You need to first fill out online immunization records and health history forms and submit them to Decker Student Health Services Center. Use this weblink https://myhealth.binghamton.edu/osh/ to login and fill out and to submit the online Medical History form and the Immunization Worksheet.
