The NYS forms can be confusing to fill out properly. You are urged to view the income tax webcasts that offer step-by-step instructions for completing the IT-203B and the IT-203. You can save the information you type on form IT-203 but not IT-203-B. The IT-203 Instructions is a 72 page document.
