Materials

The research in materials science and engineering covers a wide range of topics on materials synthesis, characterization, processing and applications with the emphasis on process-structure-property relationships. Current research activities include nanomaterials synthesis and processing, complex fluid, photovoltaic devices, rechargeable batteries, thin films and surfaces, electronics packaging, nano-mechanics, thermal management, transport phenomena, etc.
