McNair Scholars Program seeks referrals
Binghamton University’s McNair Scholars Program is seeking soph-omores and juniors interested in pursuing a doctoral degree.

The McNair Program is centered on increasing the number of low-income, first-generation and underrepresented minority college students who pursue and complete doctoral degrees by providing the opportunity for them to conduct research under the guidance of faculty mentors in preparation for the rigors of graduate study.

Students accepted to the program attend a series of colloquia, receive training for the Graduate Record Exam and are trained to present the results of their research at University-sponsored and national academic conferences.

For more information visit the program’s office in CIW Library-111 or visit http://mcnair.bing-hamton.edu.
