Golf teams takes sixth at Dartmouth

As a team, BU shot 306-298-604 and finished sixth, behind Yale (585), Army (596), Hartford (596), Boston College (598) and Dartmouth (603). The Bearcats did overtake region rival Central Connecticut State (606).
Hendrickson collected four birdies during each of his rounds, and Borrud played two playoff holes to try to determine a single medalist. However, after both players parred each hole, they were declared co-champions due to darkness.
Senior Joe Kunz tied for 33rd place after shooting 78-74-152. Sophomore Matt Mattingly, playing as an individual, came back with a +2 73 on Sunday to also share a piece of 33rd place (79-73).
Also rebounding with a strong finish was freshman Jeff Wolniewicz, who shot 80-73-53 to tie for 41st place. Sophomores Brad Moulton and Kevin Crawford each tied for 62nd place at 158. Moulton produced a pair of 79s and Crawford went 78-80. Binghamton will next compete in the Cornell Invitational on September 27-28.
