INSIDE BINGHAMTON UNIVERSITY
Holiday Giving
Despite end-of-the-semester pressures, students, faculty and staff members took the time in December to respond generously to programs aimed at enhancing the holidays for the less fortunate in the greater Binghamton area. Binghamton’s C3 student interns hosted a holiday dinner in conjunction with the Broome County Homeless Coalition. The Department of Parking Services collected several carloads of new toys for Toys for Tots and used toys for Catholic Charities. The Student Association collected gifts during the organization’s annual holiday drive and Residential Life created gift baskets during its annual Hand-to-Heart program.
