Glover promoted to director of media relations
During her tenure with Communications and Marketing, Glover has developed and fostered strong relationships with media representatives that have served Binghamton University well by advancing its reputation. Through her enthusiasm, diligence and energy, she has continued to expand her responsibilities while advancing the University’s visibility.
Glover began working for the University in 1999 as the public relations specialist for Harpur College, and joined the Office of Communications and Marketing in 2000 as assistant director of media relations, before being named media relations manager. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Binghamton in 1996 and a master’s degree in 2003. Before joining the University she served in several commun-ications roles for MeadWestvaco, a national firm located in Sidney.
Glover will report to Ritter and supervises Ryan Yarosh, media relations specialist.
