Binghamton hosts debate tournament

Binghamton University’s Speech and Debate Team, now ranked third in the nation, hosted a tournament last weekend that drew 150 competitors from 14 schools.

The University of Rochester won the Varsity division, Boston College took the JV and King’s College won the Novice.

In addition to two days of competition, the weekend featured a dinner showcase in which the host team displayed its talents.
