"Binghamton University: Making a Difference in our Community"
BINGHAMTON, NY – Learn more about Binghamton’s new Center for Civic Engagement at Binghamton University’s Forum luncheon, Wednesday, November 17. Lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m., with the formal program beginning at 12:00 noon. The presentation will be held in the Old Union Hall on campus.
The discussion, “Binghamton University: Making a Difference in Our Community,” will focus on the new Center for Civic Engagement (CCE). CCE works with communities on and beyond Binghamton University’s campus to provide a variety of rewarding and meaningful opportunities to students, faculty, staff, alumni and community members. CCE supports the attainment of academic, personal and professional growth through civic engagement to develop active and engaged citizens.
