Women Business Owners discuss consequences of change

BINGHAMTON, NY – A discussion, titled “The Futures Wheel: Identifying Future Consequences of Change,” is on the agenda for the next Binghamton University Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners (WBO) roundtable, at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 26, at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites (behind the Plaza Diner), 3615 Vestal Parkway East, Vestal.  Note this new location.

Julye Bush, past presenter for SBDC Roundtable and corporate compliance officer at ACHIEVE, will teach participants how to identify the possible consequences of change, in order to manage risk.  Attendees will also learn how to gain more control over the future.

Bush has been a training instructor for more than 20 years and has a master’s degree in adult education.

The roundtable costs $15 per person, payable at the door and includes a full breakfast with all types of selections.  Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.  Advance registration is required.  Call Binghamton University’s Small Business Development Center at (607) 777-4024 or e-mail SBDC@binghamton.edu to register.
