Women business owners get confrontational

“Confrontation!” will be the topic of the Binghamton University Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, April 27, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.

Diane Lange Chapman, an organizational consultant, will explore the proper ways to give and receive feedback during a confrontation.  Participants will also take part in an exercise to help perfect their style of confrontation.

Chapman, who owns and operates Proclivity, is an organizational consultant, certified leadership coach, trainer and facilitator.

The roundtable costs $10 a person payable at the door and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.
Advance registration is required. Call Binghamton University’s Small Business Development Center at 607-777-4024 to register.
