Women business owners roundtable focus on knowing yourself and your customer
“Really Know Yourself and Your Customer” will be the topic of Binghamton University’s Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable discussion from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 23, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.
Shea Szachara, an award winning author, speaker and consultant, will explore new and effective ways to achieve business success by determining what motivates you and your customer. Participants will also learn innovative techniques to further understand their customer’s preferences.
Szachara owns and operates Options-Plus and Shea Design.
The roundtable costs $10 per person, payable at the door and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.
