Women business owners roundtable discuss mentoring

“Mentoring-What’s it All About” will be the topic of the Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable discussion from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, December 8, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.

Cheryl Fabrizi, owner of Fab Idea, a marketing consulting and services business, will discuss mentoring and how to implement a mentoring program.  She will also discuss the relationship between business and the mentoring process.

As the owner and operator of Fab Idea, Fabrizi offers small businesses the opportunity to learn and apply innovative marketing strategies to future marketing plans and needs.  Fabrizi’s marketing background includes positions with QVC, Caesar’s Casinos and Gentex.

The roundtable costs $10 a person payable at the door and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.
Advance registration is required. Call the Binghamton University’s Small Business Development Center at 607-777-4024 to register.
