"The War in Iraq and Its Consequences" subject of teach-in


     Binghamton University historians will join a national effort to draw attention to the war in Iraq by holding a teach-in titled “The War in Iraq and Its Consequences,” at 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, in Lecture Hall 8 on campus. The teach-in is free and open to the public.


     Participants will include Herbert Bix, professor of history and sociology; and Donald Quataert, Thomas Dublin and Kathryn Kish Sklar, professors of history. After brief presentations by the participants, the program will feature a question-and-answer session.
