Binghamton University offers tours of Dublin and London

The Binghamton University Alumni Association and the Theatre Department is coordinating a trip to Dublin and London, scheduled to run from January 6-14, 2007.
The tour, which is open to the public, begins in Dublin where travelers will enjoy a theatre performance, an excursion to Malahide Castle and a visit to a prehistoric burial site at Newgrange.  After some free time, participants will meet for a literary “Pub Crawl” featuring various storytellers at each location.

After a short flight to London, travelers will take an escorted ‘highlights’ tour of the city, which includes Big Ben, the Tower of London and the Piccadilly Circus.  Participants will have a chance to take part in a backstage theater tour, a visit to the British Museum and an evening walking tour in the footsteps of “Jack the Ripper,” as well as plenty of free time for sightseeing and exploration.

The tour costs $1,995 per person, which includes airfare, hotel accommodations and itinerary activities.  A $500 deposit is required by October 15 to reserve a place on the tour.  For more information contact Tom Kremer at 607-777-2456 or email tkremer@binghamton.edu.
