Binghamton University engineering seniors unveil capstone projects

Teams of seniors from Binghamton University’s Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science will celebrate the conclusion of their academic courses on Friday, May 12, during the annual senior capstone design presentations. The 30-minute design presentations will begin at 8:30 a.m. in the PSPC (Public Service Program Center) rooms E/F and Library North, room 103, and run throughout the day.

Over the course of two semesters, students have put everything they’ve learned into the planning, designing, building and testing of a real-world project in a team setting. Friday’s event will feature 27 projects ranging from a biodiesel processor to a mini-baja racecar.

For more about the capstone projects or a complete agenda contact Ryan Yarosh.
