Binghamton University Campus Pre-School to host Pinocchio
The Campus Pre-School & Early Childhood Center at Binghamton University will host its seventh annual Children’s Concert with the Hempstead Players’ production of Pinocchio at 3 p.m., Sunday, April 17, in the Chamber hall of the Anderson Center.
The Hempstead Players will present the timeless story of the wooden puppet carved by the lonely Gepetto, who longs for a real son. Pinocchio comes to life and experiences many adventures when he runs away from school and falls into bad company only to find that in the end to be human is to care for other people.
Tickets are now available at the Campus Pre-School or on the day of the event at the Anderson Center. All tickets are $6. For more information, contact the Campus Pre-School at (607) 777-2695.
