“Smart Decision Making” will be the topic of the Small Business Development Center’s Women Business Owners Roundtable discussion from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Friday, August 27, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.

Cynthia L. Palka, president of Future Map, Inc., will explore how to use coaching tools to master organizational change. The discussion will explore how effective decision-making techniques can be used to reduce workplace stress.

Palka is a certified coach with areas of expertise that include performance coaching, career planning and organizational change. Her company, Future Map, Inc., has clients ranging from startup companies to large corporations.

The roundtable costs $7 a person payable at the door and includes a continental breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to bring business cards and brochures to share.
