Binghamton University to hold "Instant Admission Day" for BCC students
Binghamton University will hold an “Instant Admission Day” for Broome Community College (BCC) students from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, October 29, in BCC’s Counseling Services Office located in Suite 210 of the Student Services Building.
Admissions counselors and academic advisors will be on hand to meet with BCC students who seek to transfer to Binghamton University in Spring 2010 and major in the arts and sciences, engineering, or human development. Counselors will meet one-on-one with all applicants to determine admission to Binghamton.
A third of all entering students at Binghamton are transfers with more than half coming from two-year schools, including Broome Community College. Students should bring official, sealed transcripts from all previous colleges attended.
