BINGHAMTON, NY - The Binghamton University Alumni Association will hold its first-ever bowling tournament at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 6, at Midway Lanes in Vestal.  (The snow date will be Saturday, February 13.)  This scratch singles tournament is open to the public.

The entry fee for Binghamton alumni and students is $30; $35 for faculty and staff; and $40 for the general public.

Bowlers will play three games of qualifying on an oil pattern similar to that used in a professional tournament.  The top four scratch scorers will advance to a single-game elimination stepladder final.  First prize will be $300, based on 30 entries.  All four finalists win cash.  If a bowler rolls 300 in the final round of the tournament, he or she will receive $10,000.
