"Self-Directed Leadership" topic of WBO Roundtable

BINGHAMTON, NY -- The Women Business Owners will discuss “Self-Directed Leadership” at the Binghamton University Small Business Development Center’s roundtable from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 28, at the Binghamton Regency on Water Street in downtown Binghamton.

Diane Lange, founder of Proclivity, LL, is a leadership coach and organizational consultant who specializes in building business relationships, performance management and change management.  Participants will learn how self-directed leadership is intended to develop leadership behaviors and actions among members of an organization.  Attendees will also learn how to develop leadership behaviors and attitudes.

Diane has over 10 years of experience in organizational development working within a wide range of industries.  She is currently a doctoral student in education, organizational leadership and communication at Northeastern University.
