What we do
- publicize stories about University faculty staff, and student accomplishments and institutional priorities accurately and respectful of media deadlines
- provide public and media relations' support and counsel to the campus community, including developing communications plans and messages
- help reporters find faculty sources to comment on current issues and activities
- write and distribute news releases on behalf of the administration and its schools, colleges and departments
- conduct media training sessions for faculty, staff and students
