
Professor Zu-yan Chen is the Binghamton Campus Faculty Director for the Summer Chinese Business Language & Culture Program at Fudan University; he will answer questions about the program and provide academic advising. Students must have completed the equivalent of two years of college level Chinese language instruction (CHIN 204 at BU). An overall 2.75 grade point average is required as well as a 2.75 average in Chinese language courses.
To apply, students will need to complete an application form, write a study statement indicating their purpose for selecting this program, and submit a language proficiency report, one academic reference, and transcripts of all college-level work. All applicants will be interviewed. Please note that the language proficiency report and the academic reference must be from different professors.
