A dangerous condition exists when vehicles leave campus to the west. Motorists traveling west on Vestal Parkway frequently cut off traffic changing lanes. Motorists who intend to use the Johnson City bridge should exit campus by the right-hand lane on Bartle Drive, while those traveling to Vestal and Endicott should use the left lane.
Traffic in the circle always has the right of way over vehicles entering the circle. All vehicles approaching the circle must be prepared to yield to traffic in the circle. University Law Enforcement officers will issue tickets for failure to yield.
