Mandatory for all second-year SPEL students except terminal MA students, optional for others; please bring your best seminar paper.

Teaching, Diversity and Prejudice.

Mandatory for all first-year SPEL students except terminal MA students, optional for others; please bring a laptop set up for wireless access, if you have one.  

Spring 2010

Attending Philosophical Conferences and Getting Published

Mandatory for all first-year SPEL students except terminal M.A. students, optional for others; please bring any paper you have written.

April 15

Preparing for and Entering the Philosophy Job Market

Mandatory for all in-residence SPEL students who expect to be ABD by Fall 2010; please bring your cv and other job application materials if you have them.
