Custodial Services
Custodial Services provides routine cleaning for academic, administrative, and residential communities. Another key aspect of custodial services is event support. Our custodial crews provide set-ups and tear-downs for internal and external campus events.
Services encompass regularly scheduled routines and special projects. Non-scheduled work is generally billed to the requesting department. More information about chargeable and non-chargeable services is detailed below.

Weekends
There is limited custodial staffing on weekend who survey and clean buildings and other areas that remain in use on Saturday and Sunday. In addition, they make sure everything is in order for classes beginning Monday.
