Dr. Itsuko S. Suzuki,Education
Dr. Itsuko S. Suzuki received a PhD in physics from Ochanomizu University (Tokyo, Japan). Her PhD thesis is the theoretical work in the area of nonequilibrium statistical physics, titled "Theory of Exciton migration in a Fluctuating Environment" under the supervision of Professor Fumiaki Shibata of Ochanomizu University. Part of her thesis is published in Physica 128A, 551 (1984); 135A, 139 (1986); 135A, 388 (1986); 143A, 468 (1987).Experience
She has been collaborating with Professor Masatsugu (Sei) Suzuki at Binghamton University since 1989, on the physical properties of quasi two-dimensional magnetic systems such as graphite bi-intercalation compounds. She has published 89 papers (as of November 2005).
