Go for a run?
I frequently run on campus during the morning and invite you to join me.
I start at my house, run down Bunn Hill Road and into campus on College Entrance Road. I stop in front of the Mountainview Dining Hall (Appalachian) and pick up anyone who is there. The loop on campus is about 3.0 miles, and then I peel off and run back to my house. I try to run 9 minute miles (slower up hill), which I hope is comfortable for most.
If you want to join me, send me an email at hstenger at binghamton dot edu a day or so ahead and I'll let you know when I'll be getting to Mountainview (usually between 6 and 7 a.m.)
