| CRN | The Course Reference Number for a specific course. The CRN is linked to the course description. | |
| SUBJ | The subject associated with the course. | |
| CRSE | The course number of the class. | |
| SEC | The course section number. | |
| CMP | Identifies campus the course is taught at. "M" indicates the Binghamton University main campus; "DC" refers to the Downtown Center. Do not use this course to determine where a course will be held, but rather, refer to the location. | |
| CRED | The number of credit hours the course has assigned to it. | |
| TITLE | Title of the course. | |
| DAYS | Days of the week the class will meet. If the class has different meeting times on different days, it will be displayed in two rows. | |
| TIME | The time of day when the class will be held. | |
| CAP | The maximum number of students who may register for the course. | |
| ACT | Current number of students currently registered for the course. | |
| REM | The number of seats remaining in the class. | |
| XL CAP | The maximum number of students who may register for the crosslisted section of the course. | |
| XL ACT | The current number of students currently registered for the crosslisted course. | |
| XL REM | The number of seats remaining in the crosslisted course. | |
| INSTRUCTOR | The professor or instructor leading the course. If there are multiple instructors, the primary instructor will be indicated with a (P). | |
| DATE | The dates the course will be offered (format MM/DD). Most courses will be available from the first day of the semester to the end of the semester. | |
| LOCATION | The building and room where the class will meet. | |
| ATTRIBUTE | The course attribute identifies a general education requirement the course fulfills. |
