Expecting a Financial Aid refund? Sign up for direct deposit and skip the wait and trip to the bank, too!
Go to the Student tab in BU BRAIN and select menu item Student Accounts EFT authorization or change.
Check Your Refund Status
To check the status of your refund:
- Log into QuikPay
- Click "View Accounts" tab on the left side menu
- Click the drop down on "Select Action" and select "Current Status." If your refund is available, the amount will be displayed on screen.
- Note: It may take up to four (4) business days for your refund to be processed. If you have additional unsatisfied requirements (i.e., Confirmation of Enrollment), you must satisfy them with the appropriate action(s) and/or office(s) before a refund is issued.
- If you have direct deposit, the refund will be electronically deposited into your account (availability dependent on your bank). If you do not have direct deposit, your refund check will be available the next business day at Student Accounts, located in the Student Wing, Room 117.
