Paying Bill Via QuikPay

Students are able to review and pay student account balances using QuikPay within BU BRAIN Self Service via the Student Accounts menu.

How to add parent(s) or guardian(s) to view and/or pay the bill

Student Accounts only sends semester bill notifications via email to students’ Binghamton email addresses. If you want your parent(s), guardian(s) or someone else to view and pay your bill, you will need to authorize access to your account.

Students: How to make a bill payment online

• After logging in to BU Brain/QuikPAY, click on the Student Accounts menu, where you may pay with an electronic check or savings payment (include routing number)
• You can pay with a credit card (all major credit cards accepted) or debit card

Parent(s)/guardian(s) and other authorized payers: How to make a bill payment online

• Go to https://quikpayasp.com/binghamton/studentaccounts/authorized.do 
• Log in using the login name and password you were emailed after your student made  you an authorized payer.
• Click on "View Accounts" and select "Current Status" to see account activity 
• Select "Make Payment" to submit a payment

Students and/or authorized users: How to make a bill payment by mail

• Print your online bill
• Complete and mail to Student Accounts: P.O. Box 6003, Binghamton, NY 13902-6003
• You can make a payment to Binghamton University with check or money order. Bill must be received by the deadline marked on your bill.
