INFORMATION SHEETS:

How to read a DARS report

Your DARS report shows the degree requirements for your declared major and shows the progress you have made toward completing those requirements. For SOM, the report is separated into several parts, each showing different aspects of the graduation requirements. This information sheet explains all aspects of a DARS report.

Non-Intro Courses

All SOM undergraduates are required to complete a minimum of three non-introductory liberal arts courses. A Harpur College course is considered non-introductory if, according to the Binghamton University Undergraduate Bulletin, it meets one of the four criteria outlined in this information sheet.
