The masters-level Concentration in Operations Management curriculum offers students a strong foundation in the various areas of operations management, including process analysis, e-commerce and supply chain management, service operations, analytical decision models, and decision support systems. The emphasis is on development of strong analytical and quantitative skills while giving students a process view of the enterprise. Students also gain practical experience using software applications for process mapping, simulation, and decision modeling.
